No matter the size of the project, I'm with you every step of the way, working through the decisions large and small that turn a house into a home that actually works for how you live.
From color consultations and single-room refreshes to full remodels, additions, and new construction, my goal is the same on every project: a space that's layered, livable, and true to the people who live in it, built with as much attention to the budget behind it as the vision in front of it.
A few words from people I've worked through that process with:
"Working with Dalia is like having a magic Genie in my back pocket to grant my every wish. Any time I ask her for ideas or product suggestions, there is a list in my inbox within the next few hours, complete with prices, pros/cons of each option, links to the product and more. Dalia pays close attention to details, as well as how each detail contributes to the larger layout and purpose of the room. She guides but does not dictate, ensuring that it's truly the client's vision that is created. I cannot recommend Dalia highly enough!”
Rena, Virtual design client
“I have had the pleasure of working with Dalia on multiple projects; remodels and new construction. In addition to an amazing eye for design, her organizational skills ensure a seamless project from start to finish. Her ability to both space plan and specify finishes and fixtures were invaluable to the developments.”
Evan, Real estate developer
“Dalia is a wonderful person with excellent attention to detail. I’ve been building custom homes for more than 20 years and I’ve met a lot of designers that don’t compare. The projects that Dalia and I recently finished are among the most refined that I’ve built. Dalia is very detail oriented, she does CAD drawings, renderings, and call out sheets, which makes my job much easier and more accurate. She responds to all my inquiries in a timely manner and is always available for jobsite reviews.”

Available Services
Every client's needs are different, so the right level of involvement depends on your project, your timeline, and how hands-on you want to be. Here are the three ways we typically work together.
Full-Service Design
For clients who want to hand off the process from start to finish and trust the details to me. I manage everything from concept through the final installation, including ground-up new construction.
Can include: design conceptualization, space planning, mood boards, renderings and elevations, finishes and fixtures selection, furniture selection and styling, construction oversight, installation oversight, and full project management.
Design By Your Side
For clients who want expert guidance and a clear plan, but plan to execute some of the legwork themselves. I bring the vision and the roadmap; you take it from there with my support along the way.
Can include: design conceptualization, space planning, mood boards, renderings and elevations, finishes and fixtures selection, furniture selection and styling, and ongoing design guidance as you move through the project.
Consultations & Virtual Design
For clients who need a clear starting point, a second opinion, or a plan they can act on without ongoing, in-person involvement. This works well for smaller projects, single rooms, or clients outside the local area.
Can include: a single working session, a mood board and shopping guide, or a full virtual design plan you implement on your own.
How I Work
This is what the full process looks like for full-service and design-by-your-side projects. Consultations often move through a shorter version, focused on just one or two of these stages.
We talk. A first conversation about your space, your goals, and how you actually live in it.
We scope it out. A clear plan for what the project needs, from concept through completion, so there are no surprises later.
We design. Concepts, selections, and a build-out plan, refined together until it's right.
We execute. I stay involved through sourcing, ordering, and installation, so the vision holds all the way to the last detail.

about the people who live in them.”
